Chapter billing only applies to your chapter if your chapter's website's URL begins with apoonline.org or greektrack.com. All other GreekTrack deployments are paid for by your national organization, this article doesn't apply to your chapter.
GreekTrack wants to help you manage your chapter without getting in the way so instead of asking for payment up front, we wait until about half way through the semester so you have time to finish recruitment and collect dues before ever seeing an invoice from GreekTrack.
- Fall Semester: First week of November
- Spring Semester: First week of March
You will have 30 days from the time of the invoice to submit payment. Payments not received and processed by 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to suspension in which your chapter's site will be taken offline until the payment has been processed.
Schools on the quarter system
If you school is on the quarter system we can also split payments into three invoices to match your academic calendar. Simply take the annual rate from our pricing page and divide by three to estimate your Fall / Winter / Spring academic-quarter invoices which will go out half way through those academic-quarters. We don't invoice for the summer academic-quarter.
